We will have an ITC rules tournament next week, with 1200 points.

At the 1000 point part of the tournament we had:
GK with 2 dreadknights, tau with mirror formation and riptides, ravenwing wtih an IK, necron with 2x6 wraiths.

The core of my army would be:

Runeweaver formation (start collecting box) :
Jetseer
3 scatbikes
Fire Prism

CAD:
Jetseer
2x3 scatbikes
Skathach wraithknight

This is a total of 913 points, so I have 285 more.
3 missions were pre rolled for the tournament, one of them is the kill point one.

What should I bring to finish the army?

After that, I'd suggest 1-2 more bike units, maybe a few Hornets.

If you plan on using the Death shroud WK, then you definitely need 2x2 Hornets at least. With so many 2+ save MCs and the IK, you really need some Str8 Ap2

At 1000 I tried using Reapers, but Ap3 doesn't cut it against 2+ saves.

What should I try?

A) Fire Dragons in a serpent, or falcon?
B) wraithguard in a serpent?

Try option D) Wraithguard with a WWP Archon. And the Kabalites are not frail if they cannot be seen, so just hide them somewhere.

Normally I would say just play whatever, but the list of models you are already playing cannot handle DKs or Riptides.
