Also, not sure how the watch company gets around, but I'd re-consider for the BSSF and take homing beacons on the bikes to aid the formation's deepstriking.

Overall, I don't think Deathwatch are going to be able to contend with tough, top-tier armies on their own... You will need psychic defense somehow, as well as a way to bring down flier-heavy lists, and also deathstars that can tie up all your units...

You only have, what, 45 wounds across your army? Thats not going to hold up well to fire, you are going to get drowned in dice from a horde army and over whelmed.

While each model yes is powerful in on itself, a horde army will very easily overwhelm you quickly. You will be hard pressed when fighting nids or ork, then agin dont see those much so.

Or if you are fighting tau or eldar, they will be able to focus their AP 2 stuff on you and pick off your army quickly.

Also considering the Tournoment scene is about being, for a lack of a better term, gimicky, the army has no niche to it.

Its not going to bring your opponent to tears like you want.
