I thought about a carpentry knife but that will be hard to get it to look good I think.

Anyone have any other ideas?

old mattress foam or old chair foam is dirt cheap to come by and works perfectly

Yea I looked into those and it just adds up fast. I would need 3 boxes to do all 5 knight, so then I would need a bag to put them in. trying to save some money.
