The internal bureaucracy of the Inquisition is like any other large governmental organization. There are internal disagreements on mission, direction, and action. The only difference is that most large governmental organizations don't place martial forces in the hands of individuals. So when two Inquisitors disagree, the consequences can be catastrophic. When an Inquisitor with the Ordo Malleus butts heads with an Inquisitor with the Ordo Xenos, all out war can break out. Will the Ordo Malleus prove their might is enough to grab what they want, or will the Deathwatch and Ravenwing allies prove they are more committed to the Emperor? Watch and find out!

As for your Deathwatch, maybe try one of the Kill Teams from the rulebook? I'd be interested to see one of those in action. That and maybe a Corvus Blackstar instead of the Land Raider.
