1. the command squad has a lot of shineys without any sort of a focus, I know the list is a TAC but individual parts need to have purpose to be useful.

2. You have a lot of meltaguns on guardsmen, they have short range & are on foot. They will die before getting them into range, try to keep in mind shiny stuff on squishy people is generally a bad move (Unless you have a reliable means of delivery).

If you dropped some of the meltaguns you could try add some shenanigans that'll get them to target safely.

Well that's if you indeed want to get up into people's faces, the other option would be going for a defence line to hunker behind.

Also I would moreso remove the sniper rifle from the command squad, if you want snipers use ratlings as they're BS4.
