[1850] - Adeptus Astartes: Raven Guard - Criticize my strike force plz

The 2 scout squad can fill multiple role, from getting units to outflank with them, to give IgnoreCover to the devs, to camp points with 2+ cover, depending on the type of game. The list has a decent alpha strike chance with MeltaDropPod, LSS with Melta and Veterans possibly deep striking turn1 and assaulting after scout move of the LSS. The chapter master+cata combo gives the assault squad the chance to move and fire the orbital, thus avoiding wasting a turn of 12" move (at the cost of the running during shooting, mind you). Some meltas some lasers, lots of bodies.
Mind that the strenght of the list lies in a tactical (reroll for mission and for starting, outflanking units of your choice) application of overwhelming force (meltaLSS+vets+drop pod) during the first turn to try to eliminate a part of the opponent list before it has the chance of using it.
(Warning: this is not uber-comp, i suppose it would die horribly at the hand of some top tier spams, but I'd like to understand if it's good enough to keep up with the Raven Guard way of waging war)

+++ RavenGuard (1849pts) +++

++ Space Marines: Codex (2015) (SM RG Talon Strike Force) ++

+ (No Category) +

Chapter Tactics [Raven Guard]

+ Core +

'Pinion Battle Demi-Company *
··Assault Squad [2x Flamer, Jump Packs, 4x Space Marines]
····Space Marine Sergeant [Bolt Pistol, Chainsword]
··Captain
····Chapter Master
······Artificer Armour [Boltgun, Jump Pack, Melta Bombs, Swiftstrike and Murder (2 Melee Weapons)]
··Devastator Squad [Armorium Cherub, 4x Lascannon, 4x Space Marines]
····Space Marine Sergeant [Bolt Pistol, Boltgun, Signum]
··Scout Squad [3x Boltgun, Camo Cloaks, Heavy Bolter, 4x Scouts]
····Veteran Scout Sergeant [Bolt Pistol, Nihilus]
··Scout Squad [3x Boltgun, Camo Cloaks, 4x Scouts]
····Heavy Bolter [Hellfire Rounds]
····Scout Sergeant [Bolt Pistol, Boltgun]
··Tactical Squad [Meltagun, 9x Space Marines]
····Drop Pod [Storm Bolter]
····Space Marine Sergeant [Bolt Pistol, Combi-melta]
··Tactical Squad [Flamer, 5x Space Marines]
····Razorback [Storm Bolter, Twin-linked Lascannon]
····Space Marine Sergeant [Bolt Pistol, Combi-flamer]
··Tactical Squad [Meltagun, 9x Space Marines]
····Rhino [Storm Bolter]
····Space Marine Sergeant [Bolt Pistol, Combi-melta]

+ Command +

'Strike Force Command
··Captain
····Captain
······Cataphractii Terminator Armour [Power Fist, Raven's Fury, Storm Shield]

+ Auxiliary +

'Shadowstrike Kill Team *
··Scout Squad [4x Boltgun, 4x Scouts]
····Land Speeder Storm [Cerberus Launcher, Multi-melta]
····Scout Sergeant [Bolt Pistol, Boltgun]
··Scout Squad [4x Boltgun, 4x Scouts]
····Land Speeder Storm [Cerberus Launcher, Multi-melta]
····Scout Sergeant [Bolt Pistol, Boltgun]
··Vanguard Veteran Squad [Jumppacks]
····Veteran [Lightning Claw, Power Fist]
····Veteran [Power Fist, Storm Shield]
····Veteran [Power Fist, Storm Shield]
····Veteran [Power Fist, Storm Shield]
····Veteran [Lightning Claw, Lightning Claw]
····Veteran [Lightning Claw, Lightning Claw]
····Veteran Sergeant [Lightning Claw, Power Fist]

1. Drop raven's fury for shield eternal, it's 1 billions times better.
2. Drop all lascannons for grav cannons (better in ever concievable way.
3. This come from personal experience, your vanguard vets have WAY to much kit, 3-4 th/ss in a 10 man unit MAX with regular power weapons will do roighly the same thing and save a ton of points. Always put an SS on the sergeant so he can eat challenges. Also get it up to 10 if possible.
4. Having 10 space marines with only 1 special weapon is wasteful, drop it to 5 and take grav cannons

5. Personally I wouldn't use the pinion over the normal demi-company. With the demi you can put everything in pods get everything obsec, get the tactical doctrine. Sure you lose ignores cover but a handful of auspexes will help and it's a small price to pay for null-deploying

Also remember the whole point of Shadowstrike in a Talon is to get off t1 charges from deep strike...they are shock troops not expected to live super long. So in that strat I would probably go for two leaner units instead of one full strength one and just ruin some squishier targets' days.

Firstly, it's because of the challenge that you give the SS to the sarge. Without the shield you lose the sarge guaranteed and start rolling on a PF/SS or sac another guy, with the shield the sarge has a decent chance to tank a turn and let your PF swing with no issues. That's worth 10 points to me but ultimately up to the player. Second, I should have been clearer here, if you take this formation you pretty much have to take at least a ten man squad, which you are correct should be fairly lean, but not so much that a single maulerfiend stops the whole train. With 10 guys you can either keep the big group to harangue a hard target or split into 2 smaller groups and ruin some scat bike's day. The setup I normally run is 3 guys with PF/SS (2 would probably be more efficient, my OCD makes me have even number of SS across 2 squads) Sarge with SS(Lightning claw if you have NOTHING else to spend 5 points on) 2 power axes, 2 mauls (this is a reaction to demon heavy local meta, probably not the best setup) 2 LCLC(PSPS isn't terribly worse if you need 10 points) This clocks in at 340-350, which is about 50-60 points more expensive than the current setup but lets you combat squad, gets you 3 additional bodies swinging power weapons and lets you take out the targets you need to take out without losing a bunch of guys to that pesky librarian or w/e.
