I'd like to do a force with an inquisitor and storm troopers, with perhaps some sisters of battle mixed in. Is that even possible now days? If so, is there an inquisitor codex, or is there a base codex I should use?

There isn't really any single Codex today that plays like the old Inquisition books did.
