				<description><![CDATA[ Dakka,<br /> <br /> I am building this army to play in the local competitive scene, to be something a little off meta but still hits hard.  It is designed to be an alpha strike or even hold off the strike until the 2nd turn with lots of control over reserves w/ choosing when they come into play and plenty of charging out of deep strike.  I think it can be difficult to deal with, problem? my problem right now is i am at 1705/1850.
