There is just not much to the list that seems competitive, tactical need pods/ any transport, I would drop the melta tactical rhino squad. Missile devs..not sure if DA can get graviton, if they can they need that otherwise try lascannons, or not taking devs. Tactical termite squad two could use a heavy weapon. I would try and grab the land speeder that gives cover saves to nearby things.

The dark elder list is good, dark elder are kind of in a bad place power wise compared to other codex, but it's more competitive than the DA list. Only suggestion is to drop 1 incubi, put the lhamean with the incubi and upgrade the fourth reaver squad to have a HL as well.
