Basically the Comissar from the Hellrain Brigade hides in the backfield because I want him to stay alive to keep the hellrain rule.
The Hellrain Brigade Command Squad fire their Volley Guns from the Taurox's fire points and the Recovery Gear helps keep it moving.
The CAD Command Sqaud is my source of anti-TEQ, using the medi-pack to help combat Gets Hot
The Flamer squad is my ground source of infantry cleansing, they're just supposed to clear squads off of objectives.
The Melta squad just deep strikes and is basically a suicide unit.
The Valkyrie provides air cover if any infantry units get too close to the Scions (because they are small units and easily killed in combat by MEQs)
It's also only 985pts, so any ideas what I could spend those last 15pts on?

No unit taxes and #4. Cheaper Valks. I would keep the Plasma Pistols. The Lord Commissar upgrade is okay. LD10 is nice, but Clarion Vox gives your entire army LD9 anyway. The Lord Commissar's main benefit is having a slightly tougher Warlord with 3 wounds and an invulnerable, but it's not an earth shattering difference that's worth 40 points if you ask me.
