				<description><![CDATA[ Hello guys and gals of Dakka.<br /> <br /> Simple question, how effective is the Execution Force as a standalone army?<br /> <br /> I ask as I like the new minis and quite fancy putting together a small force with the advent of the new Imperial Agents supplement.<br /> <br /> Cheers]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ On its own? Not very. <br /> <br /> It's a...~500ish point formation for 4 models with 3 wounds each that only get a 4++ and are only T4.  <br /> <br /> Assassins are really for niche situations.  The best use I have seen is the vindicare Agis defense line combo.  Put the turret in the back with the vindicare to kill flyers. Can utilize his <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(14);'>bs</span> on a skyfire interceptor twin linked laz cannon, hop off and then snipe and get a 2++.<br /> <br /> The other viable option is the celuxes but he always get focused.  <br /> <br /> When you field assassins they are high risk high rewards and you need to be really strategic with them.  For example, let's say you do the vindicare, to make him effective you want to pop special targets like a apothecary or grav canon.  Sure at the end of the game he might have only killed say, 100 points with of units, and cost 150 to field.  But look at the units removed and what they could have done to your army.<br /> <br /> Assassins on their own are very weak, but they are good in very niche situations. ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ The execution force can be a fun formation to use when you tack it on to an army in an apocalypse game. The Assassins all bring something to the table, and all need to be dealt with. <br /> <br /> Use them well and they can be a real pain in the backside for your opponent. <br /> <br /> Plus if they do their job, you get that added bonus of the extra point for slaying the warlord. <br /> <br /> ]]></description>
