Should be a straight forward Screamerstar + Flying Circus.

___Oracles___
FateWeaver
Lord of Change w/ Impossibity Robes, ML3, 2x Greater rewards & 1x Lesser
Lord of Change w/ Paradox, ML3, 2x Greater rewards & 1x Lesser

___CAD_____
Belakor
Tzeentch Herald on DiscML3, 1 Exalted Reward (Grimoire), Locus of Metamorphosis (IWND)
11 Blue Horrors
3 Nurglings
3 Nurglings
9 Screamers

So the main focus will be to buff the Screamers with some light Summoning. Back-up plan is to have Belakor cast Shroud and have the Oracles and Screamer star stay close to him for a 2+ re-rollable Jink.
Blue Horrors and Nurglings are for objectives mostly

-

IWND is nice on your screamers but have you thought about using the locus of trickery? If you roll a lucky 6 and get invis off your death star cannot be hit, at all. I was using it today against an Ork player and rolled consistant 5s meaning I had sudo invis vs most of his army.
Also Nurglings over brimstone? 2 extra ML doesn't seem like much but you never know.

Besides that, looks like a perfectly good death star/flying circus army. Hope you have fun with it.

My guess for the Nurglings choice would be that he doesn't have the models yet.
But I'd go with Mr Face and say yeah, take the Brimstones when you get them. Nurglings aren't actually that difficult to deal with. GK Shunt Flame, Tau SMS or DS flamers, any form of mobile assault.... In ITC they may be able to easily score you a T1/2 objective, but after that they'll be dead.

Brimstones have a lot more offensive potential, as well as being nearly as survivable (3+ g2g save vs the 2+ for Nurglings)

The Nurglings are in the list because they Infiltrate and 3 bases can hide easier than 10 models. Plus, I only own 12 Brimstones and those will be needed for when the Blues take casualties.

Nurglings also draw less attention then Horrors do, thus making it more likely that they live until the end of the game. And if I am fighting an opponent with ignore cover flamers, I can outflank the Nurglings, or use them as bait.

The real issues I have with the list is the need for powers. I usually make Daemon lists that don't rely so much on powers, treating powers like a bonus rather than the core strategy. With FW in the list, however, it seems that so many of my WC will be needed. It makes me wonder if Belakor is really needed, or if it would be better to trade him for more Disc Heralds.
The guaranteed Invis and Shrouding, plus a beatstick FMC seem really good, but with FW being the WC hog that he is, I don't know that he'll get anything done.

-

Belakor soaks up a lot of shooting bc of his great cover save and/or invis, as well as EW. He's much more survivable than Tzeralds, discs or no.

If I were you, I'd find a Gladius to play two back-to-back games against, one with this list, one with more Discs. See which you like better.
