Taking Dante with the golden host gives you a reliable deep strike only scattering D6, so you have the ability to throw a few inferno pistols in the unit for precise melta goodness. Since you have that option I would avoid meltacide units since at this lower point cost you don't want units to slam down to just die. As much as I despise grav I'd take more grav bike units than meltacide squads. Also on the note of grav scout doesn't count as moving so if the scout Sgt has a combi grav he gets the full 3 shots. Since you don't have more than the normal amount of fast attack slots I'd take a CAD for obsec scouts since the FTSF rage ability doesn't come into play too often. If you can fit it power fist or sword on a DC guy. Now while you can't put a priest in the guard squads in the beginning of the game once they are on the table joining the squads doesn't hurt them what so ever so take two on packs and try to get them into the unit, if you have to hop the priests from unit to unit so they aren't alone and have body guards.
