I'm putting together a list for my custom chapter. All models will be part of this chapter even if I use allies with different chapter tactics. While I have developed an in depth chapter history, the short version is that their combat doctrine revolves around fast moving close combat veterans and equally fast moving support. I am trying to make a friendly competitive list that can be used against most opponents, but especially current meta Eldar/Taudar.

Command Squad on bikes with 5 power lances, 2 storm shields and the Banner of the Eagle. (250) Khan is with this unit.

Vanguard Veterans (10) with jump packs, 2 storm shields and thunder hammers and 8 power lances. (314) Probably broken into combat squads

This leaves me with 480 to use for support. Here are some of my ideas:

1) A ravenwing bike librarian with Shadow Cloak and two Darkshrouds to provide both cover saves and overwatch negation.
2) Another sicaran and bike command squad with the Standard of the Emperor Ascendant. This benefits the other squad as both standards have radius effects.
3) Another sicaran and culexus assassin
4) Allied Imperial Agents to provide fodder and a psychic phase.
