The stratagy I have in my head is to keep two squads of the stalker bolter kill teams and the dreadnaught on the ground, then deepstrike the rest of the army to be able to do the most damage/contest objectives.

I have not play tested any deathwatch kill teams, I also have no access to the space marine psychic powers, are they good for this type of army? I do like how many librarians you can get in this codex. Remember you can cast witchfires in the Psychic phase at different targets than the rest of the squad in the Shooting phase. Sometimes that kind of pseudo-splitfire will really help when you are so often going to be outnumbered.
