I really love Storm Talons. Wanted to make them the focus. Not using Death from the Skies (cleared with TO). Formation allows me to ensure they come in turn 2 and re-rolls when wounding/armor pen.
The CAD is about movement and grabbing/holding objectives. Libby is there for cheap HQ.

Concerns:
1) not a lot of real "punch." Have some firepower and range, but not overwhelming
2) not sure what Chapter Tactics to take. Was thinking Raven Guard to give Assault Marines Shrouded turn 1.

I would love some feedback. Looking to make a run at this tourney.

Your comment about the CAD “...is about movement and grabbing/holding objectives” makes me wonder why your troop tax is not a pair of scout squads in LSSs.

If you want more punch, I might swap out the assault marines for bikes. And/or mount up your libi and swap all the CAD out for bikes.

Assault marines while fun, are not the most competitive thing out there. If you do want to keep them, I’d suggest swapping the lib for a chaplain and sticking him there. He works as a reliable force multiplier.
