Gnolls and Games Workshop

Hey all, has anyone tried converting WFB/AOS Beast men into Gnolls? I've been looking but none of them have the right heads. Can they be reasonably kit bashed from other GW products or is it better to simply get them from the official DnD line?

I just don't want the scale to be out of whack since I'll be using GW for most of the other creatures.

You could get the box of Frostgrave plastic Gnolls? I don't like their heads but that has to be the easiest way to assemble or purchase a large group of gnolls.

The Otherworld Miniatures are fantastic, but metal and expensive.
