Thanks for the feedback. I'm still new to the game so ill have to find the rules. I didn't think terrain was something that could be impacted by point investment. Also looking at the detachment for coteaz in imperial agents it lists the 1-3 elites as optional for the detachment. The Building Damage chart IMO needs to just add 1 to the table

0-2 Breach
3 Tremor
4 Partial Collapse
5 Structural Collapse
6 Catastrophic Collapse
7 Total Collapse
8+ Detonation

Negative the Inq detachment in C:IA is Compulsory 1HQ Optional 1-3 elites.

You can take Coteaz by himself and still get the WL trait.
