I think you might be a little light on AV in general, and might have trouble scoring objectives. Almost no ObSec, and the troops you do have survive by running away.

- the scathach wraith is a good idea.
- you can drop the warlock from the scatbikes and run them as 2 groups of 3, and put one farseer with each unit. That gives you one more Obsec unit, and let's your Farseers cover more ground while keeping them each with a bodyguard unit.

Looks totally fine for casual/semi competitive otherwise. You've got a bit of each of the power units, and a few regular units sprinkled here/there.
