If you are referring to the Formation from the Imperial Agents book I am pretty sure you need to take 1 Elite and 1 Troops.

I think from looking at your list your goal is to get 4 NDK's in the list.

Why not Instead run 2 Nemesis Strike Forces.

You can take 2x Min sized Terminator Swiads with a single Psycannon for 185pts then take 2x Librarians. The rest of yoru points can be invested into NDK's

If you have any points left over you can buy a few Razorbacks as you have 4 FA slots with dual Force Org. I have been running Imperial Knights beside NDK's and it's solid.
