The Captain is weird because this is for a long campaign, where we have to keep the same Warlord for the entire campaign. Meant to represent the same force on the planet. Campaign is similar to Dawn of War: Dark Crusade.

The plan with this list is to start with everyone in the Tank. It has a transport capacity of 40 models, and 20 of them can shoot. Load them up, drive to the middle, and unleash close to 50 bolter rounds a turn. Imperial Fists reroll 1's, and the Sponsons are twinlinked. The Vindecators move around, providing support and flushing any cover hugging enemies out. The Devastator squad is there to pick off any beefier targets, such as Land Raiders or Flyers.

Side note, Yes. The Stormlord is indeed painted Yellow.
