Does anyone have any good examples of an Iron Hand army allied with some Mechanicum?

I am quite new to the game but I am really interested in doing this for fluffy purposes but I also wanted it to be somewhat competitive (so I just don't lose all the time haha).

Can anyone point me in the direction of anything?

With the new Fall of Cadia Codex, you can bring in Skitarii as an allied detachment or a CAD (using any of the Triumvirate as HQ choices). That makes things easier on that end.
