A few questions about Daemons

This is for a bit of fanfiction I'm writing, so I wanted to make sure I wasn't trampling over any preexisting rules of the 40k universe before proceeding.

Do regular Daemons speak? I assume that they do, since more powerful ones clearly do, but would, say, a Daemonette be able to carry on a conversation? (Assuming it wasn't trying to kill someone.)
Secondly, can humans and Daemons coexist? Assuming, of course, that the humans are dedicated to the Chaos gods, and it's in an area where Daemons are capable of maintaining their existence easily. Just for a random example, could an army of Cultists and renegades have a base set up on a Daemon world that's floating around in the Eye of Terror? Assume that being driven mad/corrupted isn't a problem.

A few questions about Daemons

All deamons are living embodiments of emotions taken to extremes. Its more or less exactly the same as demons from the dragon age games. You can talk to a desire demon but that demon is the living embodiment of desire. It will do, say, and act in exactly the ways an entitiy like that would. Feeding on those emotions and being driven by them.

What could mortal man offer a deamonette that would convince it to deny its very nature?

Well, honestly, my story breaks if they do, so I'm gonna have to go with "In this case they won't"?

I mean, Daemonette's on the tabletop aren't stronger than humans, just ridiculously quick, and with incredibly sharp talons. I'm sure one could cross the distance and stab my character before the grenade blew, but could they cross the distance, wrestle away the grenade, and get it far enough away that neither of them get hurt? That's less likely. (And while a frag grenade wouldn't be threatening in the 'imma chuck it at you' sense, since the Daemonette could just dode away, it IS strong enough to hurt one, so trying to wrestle it away is unnecessarily risky.)
