Death Guard Plague Marine W.I.P.

There has to be a time when you start to (re)paint your army after an influential release such as Traitor Legions (regardless of love or hate for the book). I decided to get some images to my largely underused (not-used, actually) gallery, and now here is one for some constructive criticism.

Below are the notes I kept on colours used (all GW) and the order in which I applied them. The image shown is a test model, which I have been working on a bit since taking the picture. Not shown are the steps of adding Typhus Corrosion and Ryza Rust to some metallic areas and a couple of washed on the Plasma Pistol muzzle, as well as a Straken Green highlight on the green parts of the pads and backpack. The miniature itself was built using a mix of GW/Forge World and Spellcrow parts.

Death Guard Paint test.
1.	Corax White.	Spray undercoat.
2.	Waaagh Flesh. Slightly thinned base coat on shoulder pads and backpacks.
3.	Leadbelcher. Slightly thinned base coat on weapons and other assorted details.
4.	Gehenna's Gold. Slightly thinned coat on shoulder pad trims and other assorted rims.
5.	Mephiston Red. Thinned down coat in helmet eye sockets and other assorted details.
6.	Doombull Brown.	Slightly thinned coat on cloth and rags.
7.	Kislev Flesh.	Slightly thinned coat on fleshy parts.
8.	Ceramite White. Slightly thinned coat to correct mistakes with other colours.
9.	Agrax Earthshade. Wash highly thinned over entire model except fleshy parts.
10.	Reikland Fleshhade. Wash unthinned over the fleshy parts.
11.	Loren Forest. Light drybrush on the Waaagh Flesh pads and backpack.
12.	Praxeti White. Drybrush on white parts of armour.
13.	XV-88. Thinned layer on the cloth and rags (highlighting it).
14.	Ushabti Bone. Thinned coat on skulls, bones, etc.
15.	Nuln Oil. Wash the connector tubes at the joints. Twice.
