Since the Breacher team don't get a Dedicated Transport they have to start outside the Devilfish (but can board on their first move I suppose).

What I'm less clear about is how Guardian Drones might work. With the RAW interacting with Every Man For Himself they don't seem to confer an invul save on *any* other single unit, nevermind the whole squad.

Also, Breachers get Devilfish as dedicated transports. Where are you getting that they can't?
