So I ended up getting burned out with painting my Necrons because I couldn't get the models to pop. I loved the basic theme I had going but I just didn't have the skill to transform it into what was in my head. So like any normal person I scrapped the entire theme and started with a new one!!

After about half hour of looking through paint schemes others had made online I found one that I liked!


It has that Tomb kingish quality that I feel plays off of how long Necrons have truly been around (now that both games are technically in the same world? any who)

So with some searching I was able to find the process and here we are!

Squad of 10 Necron Warriors Primed and ready to go!


2 Undercoats of White. 1 Coat with Ceramite white Base, and 1 with White scar.


2 Full washes of Seraphim Sepia Shade.

Now I am trying to settle on a basing technique to use and I was thinking of going with a red. Kind of like a tribute to Mars where the void dragon possibly lives in stasis. It's really easy and gives a real Martian feeling.
