3D printer for prototyping and further castiing

Greetings and salutations ladies and gentlemen.

I am looking at printers able to print in good detail for scale 1:34. Budget at the moment is irrelevant, just need to know , models able to achieve the necessary quality. I need cast in resin some models of vehicles in size of about leman russ amnd some marine sized dudes.

I would need also to know what's a minimal needed resolutions for that. I have heard that minimal necessary resolution is 15microns. I believe that here around are some people with major expirance in 3d printing.
Budget at this moment is irrelevant.

Shapeways are sadly in usa and shipment increase costs and complicates a thigns a bit. If anyone knows good alternative in the UK that would be rad.
