Im also thinking of adding in 3 Death Guard TAF all (bar 1) with Power Mauls, Combi-Meltas and ML2 Sorcerors (the 3rd Squad will have Typhus Instead)

Way better than chem flamers. And then you can take rapier cannons instead of havocs. Hatred is pretty pointless on havocs anyway so the loss of VotLW doesn't hurt, but you get cheaper better guns.
