I used to play Eldar and Grey Knights (when they were called Daemonhunters and lost every match.) I have decided to give the armies of Chaos a try and really dig the KDK and Traitor Legions books. I put together this list as I wanted a nice assault army but also wanted to get to use some Death Guard.

The idea is for the Jugger Lord to charge to the front ASAP attached to one of the bloodcrusher units with bloodletters in tow, maybe Deepstrike a few units with the help of the instrument and banner on the bloodletters. The nurgle havocs would hold any backfield objectives and the chaos marines would go midfield in their rhinos. I've been out of the game for a long while and am new to chaos, so be as critical as you want. The only things I am absolutely attached to are the Jugger Lord and at least one unit of Nurgle Autocannon Havocs. slaugther Cult have possessed, you do not have possessed so make it into a CAD

Recommend that you do the Lord more durable as he is a pretty big target, so to speak, and you let him run with the spawns or dogs .. the reason is that these flerwounds and cost less in the points,

and you get into terminators with chainfist and combimeltas ..

otherwise you have gore pack as an allternativ ..

in this composition, I wonder a bit how you intended to use the soul grinder?
