All the blues you have tried are slightly different shades, so they aren't going to blend to well unless you spend a bit of time mixing custom colours.

Perhaps have a look at the left side of this colour chart for a triad that you like http://i.imgur.com/PqKmYyU.jpg. For example, if you wanted to start with Kantor blue, you would layer with Alaitoc Blue and then Hoeth Blue.

Your other option is to pick a medium blue, like Macragge and then lighten it with white.

In all instances, I would expect your final highlight will be pure white.
