Dark Eldar Education.

So in DE lore, it says that DE get around the low birth rate thing by getting pregnant and then putting the fetus into a machine to be carried to term. This would allow the mother to only have to be pregnant for a few days or weeks. Simply put, they could have a lot of buns in a single oven.

So it begs the question, who educates the kids? I mean reading writing and shooting need to be taught, all three are mentioned in lore and needed to be able to play the plot and murder game that is DE society. And as arrogant as the DE are, I doubt that they would be so stupid to toss away another generation of warriors.

Not sure.
Maybe the Haemonculi devices that grow them to term are also capable of implanting information.
Why waste time educating them if they can just "download" their education.
Even if it's just to a basic level, and then they get left to their own devices. In the Dark City you'd learn quickly or you'd die quickly, and painfully.

Dark Eldar Education.

I've always pictured ranka nd file kabalite warriors as "clone troopers." You hire a haemonculus to pump out X soldiers per year, maybe shoot knowledge into their brains as Jbz' suggests, and then send them to kabalite bootcamp for hands-on training and to have their talents and personalities measured by their seniors. I'm not sure most kabalites are actually "conceived" by a mother and father. I'm pretty sure they're literally just vat grown, but I could be wrong.

Now, true born are a little different. Being born the old-fashioned way is a huge sign of status. It means your parent is powerful enough to not get murdered while pregnant, plus there's a huge social stigma among dark eldar against those who are "vat born." So trueborn would probably have a relatively conventional upbringing as far as being carried to term, birthed, protected as youngsters, and educated by teachers/trainers/tutors. Trueborn are theoretically among the first in line to take over if their archon dies, so I imagine them as a bunch of nobles that are equal parts spoiled and harshly trained to carry on the pride of their kabal. Plus, young true bloods would probably be observed to determine if any of them are worth considering for draconhood. At which point they'd probably have their menotring doubled down upon.
