Now, true born are a little different. Being born the old-fashioned way is a huge sign of status. It means your parent is powerful enough to not get murdered while pregnant, plus there's a huge social stigma among dark eldar against those who are "vat born." So trueborn would probably have a relatively conventional upbringing as far as being carried to term, birthed, protected as youngsters, and educated by teachers/trainers/tutors. Trueborn are theoretically among the first in line to take over if their archon dies, so I imagine them as a bunch of nobles that are equal parts spoiled and harshly trained to carry on the pride of their kabal. Plus, young true bloods would probably be observed to determine if any of them are worth considering for draconhood.
