Kill team story?

Hey all, need some creative help. I'm looking to set up a Kill team narrative campaign and I'm having a hard time getting my brain rolling creatively to come up with the narrative. So I'm hoping I can get some suggestions or ideas or thoughts or bits of thoughts or whatever to help clear the log jam some. Right now the campaign includes 6 players (5 regular players plus me, but I'm the GM so... counts as needed I guess) with the following armies that being used:
Dark Angles
Orks and Orks
Space Wolves
Space marines

And then I have Chaos or Space Marines that I can use to fill in the campaign as needed.

So.... ideas?

My brain is kind of stuck in the mind-set of Dawn of War: Winter Assault story wise (Which was a great game no argument there) but that was a fairly straight forward and simple story and when you get down to it was designed to be a single player experience. So I'm thinking a "Grab the Mulligan device" isn't going to fit the bill for the 5 players. Appreciate any ideas or suggestions you can give.

You have 3 sets of marines and Orks.

Gazghkull Thraka has come to recruit the Arch-Arsonist himself. This cannot be allowed.

A massive wargroup was sent, consisting of companies from no less than a dozen different chapters. Unfortunately, Gazghkull's tactical genius eliminated the vast majority by blowing up a gigantic Promethium cache in their landing zone immediately as they took it.

The resulting explosion destroyed a seventy mile square area, but even that couldn't kill -every- Marine.

Those that are left are outnumbered, but this -is- the Arch-Arsonist's planet. There are plenty of Promethium cache's left to do the exact same thing back.

If you're an Ork, looting Prometheum caches before the Great Waaagh! that is coming will give you enough blowy-upy stuff ta REALLY give dose 'umies a good kickin'!
Just to give general ideas of where you can go, MiniWarGaming has done a two campaigns from a Deathwatch perspective. The use a lot of custom rules, and have a major branching story of mystery and plot twists, but it is a great watch and could give some inspiration there.

Here are their videos:
https://www.miniwargaming.com/show/augustines-station

https://www.miniwargaming.com/show/space-hulk-deathwatch-narrative-campaign

The Space Hulk one is a sequel to Augustine's Station.

The question I have: are the Marines on the same side? With the Dark Angels, (and with Chaos waiting in the wing) you could do some shenanigans with the Fallen that sends a simple mission to wipe out Orks on a planet spiraling out of control as the would be Heroes are at each other's throats. This is also a great opportunity to use the rivalry of the Dark Angels and Space Wolves to your advantage.
