I can see there being Mk5 or Mk6 armour marines, plastic assault marines or boarding marines, scimitar jetbikes & characters of Raven Guard / Death Guard.. or maybe, just maybe we might see a Mk1C Deimos Pattern Rhino

The Horus Heresy box sets have all been based on famous battles of the Heresy, and usually to kick off new Legions or new plastic models. For Calth, it was Ultramarines and the latest release of the Word Bearer rules, the new plastic MK IV armor, and the plastic Contemptor Dreadnought. Basically, everything from Book VI of the Horus Heresy. Prospero had the new MK III plastic kit, Sisters of Silence, and Custodes. It showcased Book VII of the Horus Heresy. If they continue this trend, then the next box set will be something to do with Book VIII, which is supposed to be Dark Angels, Blood Angels, White Scars, and Dark Mechanicum. I could totally see GW going with a new plastic Space Marine Bike, or maybe Jet Bike, as DA and WS were known to use both of them, and the box set might be DA or WS vs. Dark Mechanicum. VI. The boxes provide a way to make 30k more popular and prevalent as well as get tons of more tactical marine sales by people who likely already have enough of the 40k versions. A MK II box could feature 2 legions that used the mark often (DA and...?). A MK VI box would in all likelihood be RG vs AL, which considering their popularity could sell quite well.

In the end, all we can do is wait. But based on the first two, we can likely expect a large amount of normal marines that haven't been produced before (Mk II, Mk VI, breachers), a couple specialty units (bikes would be great for RG/AL), and possibly a small unit of another faction (Again, militia would work great for a RG/Al box. I don't think that would be their concern to be honest, people would either buy them or not eventually.
