Give them melta guns and melts bombs, maybe a combi on the sarge.

Use a masque detachment for the Quins. Two units of 6 and 1 unit of five. Each squad is split between embraces and caresses (3 of each, with the troupe master equipped with a caress as well). For the one unit of five, you can cut one embrace trooper and give the master cegorah's rose if you want. Each squad also has a starweaver for a DT. This setup comes to about 660 points. Then add your obligatory void weaver, two units of stock skyweavers for grabbing objectives, and a shadowseer with a haywire grenade. The seer joins the 5 man unit in its starweaver at deployment.

Basically, what you want to do is drop the marines in your opponent's DZ and pop their transports.
