Am i missing something, or are elite guard armies a thing of the past? FOC all you need to have a legal army is an HQ and 3-6 Elites. Everything else is 0-2. If you run out of room for stuff, take 2 as you can stack detachments like in 7th.

There isn't really a Scion Codex. You're just playing a Guard army now.
