GW would release some sort of new primaris Deathwing or Dreadwing as some of the 30k books I was reading refer to them. Yeah. The great chapters have special rules and special units. The only that have lost something are the "not so great" first founding chapters. Salamanders, Imperial Fists, Iron Hands and White Scars.

While a second founding chapter, Black Templars have always been a fairly popular one. Are they still kicking around? BA, DA, SW, DW and GK. Though they do have Helbrecht, Grimaldus, the Emperor's Champion and Crusader Squads.
