please comment and improve.

Yup, typhus is much better (and cheaper!). And if you convert the axe to a scythe, you can use the lord of contagion model for him too!

You don't have any anti-tank though. If possible, I would take a twin lascannon on the hellbrute.

and when I remove 2 poxwalkers I can put in twin lascannons on the dreadnought.

Mobs are very important now, especially if you play against other mobs-army like Orks or Tyranids

This is my version of your list:

1 Lord of contagion (aka Typhus )
1 Malignant blightcaster

1 Hellbrute Multi-melta, power fist and heavy flamer

6 plague marines 1 plasma gun, blight launcher
1 plague champion, powerfist, plasma gun

20 poxwalkers

1 Foetid bloat drone

Rhino, havoc launcher
