Bikes move 14” now, which is fast enough on its own. Add in Warp Time and you’re now moving 28”. This should very easily put you in what used to be double-tap range with the bolters- even nastier now because the rapid fire 2 weapon type. Can also fire the bolt pistols, and then add either 2 melta shots or 4 plasma shots. Combi flamers give another 2 shots at -1 to hit PLUS another <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(24);'>D6</span> from the flamer if you’re in 8”. Oh and you can also cast Prescience so you hit on 2’s, 3’s with the combi flamer, and the flamer auto hits so you’re good there.<br /> <br /> Total Firepower from one unit (say one plasma squad):<br /> 30 S4 bolt shots and 4 S7 plasma shots hitting on 2’s, 2 S4 bolt shots on 3’s, and <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(24);'>D6</span> S4 auto hits. And then if whatever you’re pointing at doesn’t go down, you are most likely in charge range. <br /> <br /> Not meant to be competitive, but thought this was a cool idea that is CRAZY fast, and hopefully dodges the “glass hammer” problem being entirely T5 with 2 wounds (5 for the sorcerers!)<br /> <br /> Thoughts, comments, suggestions all are welcome.<br /> ]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ I think the biggest issue with this list is the large amount of weapons that do 2 damage. A Tau Crisis suit list would eat your bikes alive! There is just too much damage being thrown out for this low of a model count even in casual play.<br /> I'd suggest maybe swapping out some of the bikes for Raptors to get more models or some Deamon engines for some beefier targets.]]></description>

				<description><![CDATA[ Valid points. Anything with 2 damage or higher makes this particular setup pretty shaky, would most likely be depending on speed to keep them safe. Raptors aren't a terrible idea, speed wise they would synergize well. Plus i could drop em in where the sorcerers are in range and boost them even more, that could make meltas even more viable. Im all set with demon engines, dont have the models and not a huge fan (despite looking pretty good on paper). Thanks for the tip, will post revision when i have a chance!]]></description>
