So far I think High Elf Phoenixes are about 80% the size of the Terrorgheist, but far less massive. LotR eagles seem even smaller. Maybe a Lord of Change would work, if I chopped off the lower body?

So, do you know of any fitting birds? If they were GW and hard plastic, that would be great, but if not, that's OK too.
