FedEx sucks dude. But, I had an issue myself recently. Preordered the new starter, as well as a can of macragge blue spray and a few pots of paint. Order was pending for several days past release, so I called on Tuesday. Seems they ran out of the spray (not too shocking) so my order was waiting to be shipped until they had it. He checked with their warehouse to make sure it was being taken care of for me while I was on the line. Later that evening, it updated and had shipped out.

Long story short, ring them up. I pre-ordered from GW and FW on the first day available.

I received my FW order yesterday.

My GW order shipped Sunday according to the e-mail I received.
