GW have released an online list builder for Age of Sigmar, recent-ish.
It does points values but no stats/rules.
The stats and rules for AoS are available for free as PDFs on their store site.

Wondering if they'll do something similar for 40k.
Since they don't want points and statlines available, I don't know how they would.
Anybody in the know?
