Well, it is scattergun at best. The web roster infringed due to the images used, I believe. I think if the guy took the offending images down, it would be fine. In the case of Army Builder and Battlescribe, both do pretty much exactly the same thing and in functionally the same way, yet AB has to wait one month before publishing files whereas Battlescribe can publish day one.
