The main problem I see with this list is deployment. You can only put 6 of your units into reserve, and only 1 can use gate. The Dreadknights are the obvious choice for starting on the board but what about the rest? Are you going to have 3 units of Strikers and an Apothecary just hoofing it across the board? Maybe you should try to fit in razorbacks.

I don't think you need both Draigo and Voldus. If you want to keep your 'smite' theme going, I'd suggest picking up a Librarian (who's smite is the normal 18" d3 or d6 mortal wounds) and a Brother-Captain to double the range of your smites. That'll give you some points to go towards transports. I think if you drop a dreadknight, you'll have enough points for 3 cheap heavy bolter razorbacks? razorbacks are better.

if you really want to smite spam i would go with purifiers and a borther captain. that would make it 6" D6 mortal wounds instead of 3".

For the cost of those 3 NDKs, you could get SEVEN AssCan Razors and give your GKSS boxes to cart around in.

Compare the shooting between those two options. 84 S6 -1 D1 shots, or 18 S7 -1 D2 + 10 S6 -1 D2.
