A tutorial series

Hey guys here is a WIP of something we painted recently. If you have an interest in the techniques we used to paint it come by our youtube channel and watch a video. We just started the youtube thing so tell us what you think here or there. The more feedback we get the better we can tailor content based on the feedback we get. Thanks!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2FG0yO91fcI&t=8s

Nice model. More evidence that I need an airbrush. What size nozzle do you use for something like this? I see airbrushes with 0.2~0.5 mm sizes and am not sure which size to buy... Any suggestions?

Edit I see that the g23 has a 0.3mm nozzle I will go with that

That is a great looking model. Any videos you do to show the techniques you used would be helpful.

I'm still working on using my airbrush, don't have the skill yet to paint a figure, just basing with it so far, something on how to control the paint, what you use to do the detail with an airbrush would be a great video.

Another video would be how you painted the face, that is a great looking face that you did.

Hey guys here is a video showing how we used oil paints to achieve the finish on the Ultramarine in the picture https://youtu.be/3WYjsIJLQTE. We'd love to hear back from you about what you liked and what you didn't like.

DarkKnights44 wrote:
That is a great looking model. There are lots of airbrushing tutorials already so I wonder if I would really be able to add to the discussion. I'm an average airbrusher, just good enough to get a base coat then I switch to a paintbrush .
