Also I'd throw on some preshading, maybe hit the model with a GW black wash (perhaps a gloss one?) before spraying the Tamiya clear. It's hard to coerce the paint in to the crevices when you airbrush it, a fact which becomes even more apparent on clears because the shallower areas show up as being lighter in tone. so here's a question as I have them now they don't have chapter markings.... the gold trim is a bit sloppy.
