Can anyone vouch for those Harlequin diamond stencils?

Until now I've generally gone with Duncan's method for painting diamonds on Harlequins, though I use the 005 Micron pens to draw the guides rather than using a brush. Nonetheless, this method is still a struggle, particularly when going for a consistent pattern. I looked online for stencils and if these work for $12 they seem like a steal, but I'm not necessarily convinced that they would be effective for things like a bent leg or some such. Can anyone vouch for their quality and if so can you enlighten me with techniques with them?

http://deathraydesigns.com/product/harlequin-airbrush-stencils/

I just bought some from a different company. Its very hard to use on arms and legs. I dont see how it would be possible to get a complete wrap around using them. I mainly used them on a infantry cape and voidweaver.

They also did not come off the sheet well.. I literally spend a hour or two poking out the diamonds from the stencil... and if the diamond came off the stencil, I then had to peel them off the paper to stick the stencil back down after using.

probably still faster then doing it by hand though.
