I have a couple of questions..

Can a psy ability that grants -1 to hits rolls be casted on a unit twice to make it -2? (obivously different casters would need to do this)

If I have an aura ability with one name that grants -1 leadership to all enemy models within a certain distance and either another aura ability with a different name or a psychic power that can also generate a -1 leadership. Will the -1 leadership stack to -2 or -3?
