				<description><![CDATA[ New Weapon Type for former artillery and other blast weapons in previous edition. "Blast"<br /> <br /> Basically any misses count as S2 (or S3 depending on balance) AP0 hits. This would reflect the ability of nearby shrapnel posing a threat despite the massive cannon hitting the target directly. It wouldn't significantly buff those units but it would serve as a means to accommodate for those lousy <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(24);'>D6</span> attacks on a rapidly diminishing <span class="glossaryitem" onmouseover='gp(14);'>BS</span> (for most vehicles).<br /> <br /> Ideas?
