Does anyone know a paint that would match the above for spot painting and/or fixing mistakes?

If you really want "Rust-Olleum" I would suggest one of their specialty paints:

Maybe go for the graphite shade?

I would also strongly suggest not going to a "pure" black.
I usually start with what is commonly called "Payne's Grey" which is black with some blue in it.
It gives the impression of the gun metal bluing you may be looking for.

ANYWAY, the only way to get a good match is to get the same paint from can / airbrush / hairy brush.

I would suggest Liquitex where they sell the can and the paint.
