I've got one real game of 40k 8th under my belt already, and I got my rear handed to me. Due to dice rolls (and cobwebs in my gunsights) of course. My tactics were flawless, I swear! ..except for my deployment, which was all donked up.
So far I like a lot of the changes in 8th edition, and dislike others. I never played 7th ed, but people tell me it was bad, and never even got into 6th ed that much, as I was kinda losing interest at that point.

Anyway; I live in Norway and I've been collecting armored/mechanized Imperial Guard (Astra-somethingsomething) for about 17 years. We used to have an active gaming community in my town back then, but it slowly died out. An old friend of mine now runs a new club less than a half an hours drive south from where I live, and they're all very active down there too.

I used to post here many years ago, but that was apparently so long ago that my posts have all disappeared somewhere along the line.
